Applethought, Vivallakullen, Örebro

Applethought is a three-meter high and one and a half-meter wide stainless steel sculpture. Throughout history, the apple has symbolized love, fertility, enlightenment and, not least, health and knowledge. In this piece, each bite of the apple has created a funny mirror that the visitor can reflect themselves in. They can learn by watching a distorted image of theirselves in the mirror.

To see yourself in constant transformation similiar to life itself, from cradle to grave. The sculpture also allows you to sit inside it.
