Thought Incognita
2001

Thought Incognita is a public work at the Linköpings Universitet in Sweden.
Placed at the entrance to the university, this large-scale social sculpture is a form of mutation between a globe and a thought bubble. The thought bubble is entirely white, like the unexplored areas of an old map; students can sit on the plinth beneath it, slowly filling the bubble with their own ideas.
